The 3rd gen echodot has better voice recognition and slightly better speaker. Was popular gift option in my family. The looks have also improved over previous versions. Great price to match for 2.

The new design makes the dots stand out but not in a bad way. Still the same alexa that works great!

Bought this for my 80 year old mother and she loves it. It is so funny listening to her ask Alexa all sorts of questions. It is almost like she has a new friend living with her.

Bought for my son. Too young for a phone but this allows him to easily search and play songs while he is cleaning his room or hanging in his room. Works great.

The Echo is the perfect size and provides a quality sound when I play my music. Definitely recommend having two, one for upstairs and one for downstairs for continuous music all around the house.

I feel like my Alexa clock is so useful. I have enjoyed so many restful nights listening to ambient noise app. This is an helpful ad my other Alexa's but the clock is a nice bonus.

You can get these for free with other purchases or at least discounted heavily. Overall good, but sound could be better for music.
