We put this unit upstairs in our bedroom. We can listen to music or use all the options. It’s convenient to have a small unit and we like the white color.

Love the Alexa enabled Echo Dot, we've got 3 now and a fourth speaker connected to our system. Been using the first Echo Dot since May '19. Very handy!

It's ok I guess if you want to pay someone to talk to you. $99.00 for 2 years to ask Alexa questions that you can got on internet to find questions for yourself. Oh unless you get all the other smart stuff cause you dont want to get up to turn light off or look for tv remote. oh I didnt pay for it, came free with tv purchased during black friday otherwise I wouldn't have it.

I love these things and got one in every room now. Collects dust like everything else but plays a jam whenever needed.

Got this for pool side so it gets plugged and unplugged just about everyday. Scans for WiFi and connects everyday. Volume loud enough to hear around pool area.

Alexa is really easy to set up! I'm still learning about all the things she can do. The little speaker sounds great while playing music, to my ears. Alexa is really helpful so far.

I love Amazon echos. I have an older version in the living room and just recently got this one for the bedroom. The sound is even better with this generation.

The Amazon Alexa Eco Dot is a nice smart speaker. For the price, you can't beat it. Add amazon music to the system and you have a really nice sounding speaker that will play anything.

Improved speaker, dedicated power supply (previous models used microusb), and an improved look round out the 3rd Gen as an excellent upgrade from previous models (Gen 2 owner).

Bought one for myself on Black Friday and then turned around and bought one for my sister for Christmas. It's fun, can act as a personal assistant, pet sitter, news and weather station, alarm clock, translator, etc. Still learning the ins and outs of it. But overall for the price, it was a good purchase.

I love my echo. It works for all the smart home devices! I love being able to say “Alexa turn on my bedroom”. It’s almost like magic when the lights come on!
