Love the 3rd gen. easy set up and great sound! Well worth it.

I’m sold on the Echo Dots. They are the perfect, insanely affordable, smart speaker to link throughout your apartment or house. I have one in the kitchen and one in the kid’s room to play their favorite music to get them to sleep. Amazon definitely stands by this product so if you have issues you can contact Best Buy and also let Amazon know.

What can I say? It’s an Amazon echo. I upgraded from the second generation to this model, and wow! The sound is so much better! I didn’t think it would be that much different, but I was wrong. So far it has not failed to recognize my voice, the direction I’m talking from, or anything like that. Plugged it in, and it worked.

This is a great product, that is fun as well as an efficient appliance for the home.

Better sound and responsiveness than my 1st Gen Echo dot, love this version! Let's not forget that it comes in a variety of colors, some are kid friendly with additional parental controls. The AI is greatly improved as well, now you may address Alexa in different languages and get answers back in the language it was spoken to. I do reccomend the upgrade.

I have one of these in every room. I have a handicapped mother and if she is in one room and falls, all see has to do is say "all room call" or she can even call my cell phone or 911 without worrying about where the phone is. This has given me piece of mind. Pair it with light bulbs for extra security while moving between darkrooms.

Great sound! It connects with my fire TV great! And I love, love, love Alexa.

It's a more robust, more stable option that I purchased after becoming totally unsatisfied with my Google Home mini. The GH would constantly become unpaired from devices, The Echo lets me pretend I live one the starship Enterprise, seamlessly integrates with the third-party apps that control my smart lights, and has tons of cool features. 100% would recommend.

Got this for my wife for Christmas a year ago and we love it. We use it in the kitchen and living room and the speaker gives out so much sound you can hear it really well throughout the house. Alexa is very responsive and understands us for the most part most of the time. In all a great product and we will probably be adding another to our household in the future.

Amazon echo is an amazing product for both the size and price!

I gotta say, I was skeptical about buying one of these, but since I already have hue lights and a few other smart home devices makes this thing a highly recommended purchase, control the lights in your home, or set it up to work with your fire tv for voice commands. I picked this up on sale with the new 4k fire stick so it was a no brainer. All in all it's a great product
