I like the size. Alexa has some fun skills. Volume pretty loud. Just wish it would change the channel on my TV. Alexa sometimes ignores commands.

I bought this smart speaker to supplement the echo we have in the house. I currently have it in the garage so I can listen to music in there. The sound is clear and powerful for such small speaker. It won't shake the house but it is plenty loud. We have Amazon Prime so there is a vast array of songs to choose from. Voice recognition is good and all in all it's a fun speaker to have.

Much better than the 2nd generation. Sound is much better and the design is much nicer.

Amazon echo is an amazing product for both the size and price!

My mom has a stroke that affected her vision and she was in the hospital where we could not visit to help her. The staff was always too busy. We got her an Alexa and she was able to start calling family and friends. Really helped to lift her spirits. Now she is home and we have it set up to turn her lights on/off too. Don’t know what we would have done without it

We love that the smallness of our echo and that it is easy to get a full weather update. Also, you can play music from the radio for free. However, I wish we could play all music for free.

Better sound and responsiveness than my 1st Gen Echo dot, love this version! Let's not forget that it comes in a variety of colors, some are kid friendly with additional parental controls. The AI is greatly improved as well, now you may address Alexa in different languages and get answers back in the language it was spoken to. I do reccomend the upgrade.

Bought as a gift. If you already have an Alexa in your home, might as well add more to cover your house as one is not enough. Having multiple of these already, it's helpful to have in most rooms to be able to play music or ask it to perform specific actions.

This was easy to setup. Has awesome sound. So great I bought another one.

I bought two of them, one for me one for my girl. There’s so much more to this thing then just setting an alarm or reminder. You can ask Alexa almost any question you can think of..” hey Alexa, what does this mean or that mean? “ most of the time she will answer you with no problem. And the music? Amazing! If you don’t want this thing in your house.. seriously.. your out of Your mind .. forghetaboutit!
