    Everybody needs one...love that i can use it to control my lights and so much more...just got prime so i can play music...so just go out and get one.

    It came free with my television and I never used it. I don't know what it does and really had no interest in it. I actually sold it on Facebook Marketplace

    The audio quality has vastly improved from the previous generation and it has become even more intuitive with my verbal requests. I love that I can control all my wi-fi enabled wall sockets from one place! If you are looking to make your home a smart home - The ECHO is the BEST way to start.

    I have an echo dot in every major room in my home (all three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and garage). The idea is to be able to listen to NPR (or any music or other type of programming) in any room with just a VOICE REQUEST! GREAT! I know there are tons of "ALEXA SKILLS" that would make my "echo network" even more useful...i'm sure I'll get around to learning some of them. For now, I am as happy as can be just being able to listen to news, get the weather, and a get a breakdown of my schedule for the day (oh yeah, it'll sync with your calendar and remind you of what's up). NICE JOB, AMAZON!

    We upgraded from a plain Echo Dot and it was worth the price. The auto dimming of the clock and ease of use just makes it a great buy.

    The sound is phenomenal! This one has such a clear sound and more base. Alexa can understand you better with the quality of the speaker as well! Love this new Dot!
