Wow do I love my little Echo Dot! I use all of my "Alexa" products daily, including my Dot, for listening to podcasts on Pandora, for getting the news and weather, and for asking random questions like how far it is from one location to another. How did we ever live without these gizmos? Note that the speaker on this is just "okay" and improves as you go up the food chain of Echo products, but if you can find this at a good price, go for it!

Easy to set up and fun to use. A little hard to connect my smart lightbulb. I was able to figure it out in about 20 mins. Also, when I ask Alexa a question, it didn't give me an accurate answer. Google home able to give me a most accurate one.

This echo dot has been a great addition to my home network, use them everyday.

I love to cook and bake and this has simplified my time in the kitchen. Not to mention all the fun things my kid comes up with to ask Alexa.

We bought a previous generation Alexa that was great, so when this one came on sale we jumped! Unfortunately it doesn’t work anywhere close to as well. Most times we need to repeat commands two and three times for it to respond which is annoying but the idea is still great.

Bought for my 24 yr old son who lives it and uses with other Alexa products.

Awesome tech! Easy to set up routines for my smart lights. Just got a fire tv...can't wait to see what I can do with them both.

Had high hopes that it would be better than it's younger brother, but it really isn't. Cool though.

Got this as a package with my ring door bell. Otherwise wouldn’t have thought to replace the one I already have. Same as the old dot but better sound and looks

This is my third one that I buy. When my son see it and hear how good it sounds that he ask for one and I have to buy it for him.

Honestly, I would just buy a speaker. The sound quality is ok, and it is sometimes annoying when it turns on accidentally. If you have other amazon products then maybe its worth it.

Love it. Able to call grandson and chat with him. Which makes me HAPPY.

Love having Alexa! I also love that it is pink. It's great to have instant responses and love that it controls my light, sets timers, etc...

This is my 3rd Echo Dot. I’ve been placing more of them around my house to control smart plugs and Hues lighting. No complaints!

Does what it's supposed to... Great if you're part of the Alexa ecosystem

I have owned 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation Amazon Echo devices. This unit sounds much nicer than the 1st or 2nd gen units and has a lot less tendency to disconnect from WiFi although I still have to occasionally unplug power for it to reconnect to WiFi.
