Not as great as I hoped

It doesn’t always recognize my voice and I get static a lot when playing music. I went back to using my old one. It was free with a purchase of a tv so no complaints.

Alexa knows nothing about hockey

It would probably be good if you could use it for speakerphone. It sounds pretty good for its size. I really only use it to play music for my dogs when I am away from home.

I am delighted with the Dot. Every morning, the Echo wakes me up with music and I get the time and the latest weather. I ask questions about great composers and Echo always has the answers. It even says, "Good morning Don, have a great day. The salesmen who sold it to me were very friendly and helpful. I am sold on Best Buy and the Amazon Echo Dot,3rd Generation.
