    Having this as an alarm clock in the bedroom is kinda nice, even if the audio quality was expectedly subpar. I'd recommend this over the Echo only in this kind of scenario as the Echo has way better sound.

    I love this echo dot. I previously had a 2nd Gen echo, but I needed one that was smaller in size to put on my desk. It sounds great and within the alexa app by modifying the speaker controls it sounds better.

    It's okay, and I'd probably love it if I were single. But I'm not single, and I have four kids, and they all like making Alexa say weird things. I kinda worry about what they'll do with it. I wish it would allow me to be voice-training, so it would only respond to certain people. My wife likes listening to music with the Echo. And I have my coffee percolator plugged into a smart outlet that I can control with Alexa. My percolator doesn't turn off on its own, so I have it set to cut the power off in two hours using an Alexa routine. That's a great feature for me!
