Good sound but terrible grouping

I have multiples set up in two different houses and can't get them to create a group. Grouping used to work but apparently an update changed it and despite spending hours at it I haven't been able to get either place to get groups working again. Sound quality is decent and voice recognition is pretty good--way better than on my Garmin GPS (which is hard of hearing and terrible at voice recognition).

I have had them now for a few weeks and am really loving how useful they are and the convenience they provide around the house! Love how I can use them to control other "smart" items around the house like plugs, thermostat, fire stick, etc. I love the "routines" also- great feature! I like mine so much, I had to buy some for some of my family members.

The clock changes everything.

I'll set the timer when I'm putzing around before work so I dont get sidetracked and show up late. For as simple the display is, it adds a lot of functionality for me. The display is a little on the dim side, but I think that's by design. It does change brightness based on the amount of light in room.
