    It was easy to setup but, it does not know the response to many simple questions like “how do you make Lasagna?” Or things like that. I will try the google assistant to campare the two

    Our #1 used featue to alexa is the intercom. We use it to announce meals, bedtime, etc. The #2 feature we use is the drop in feature, drop into other rooms and floors. My office is in a detached shop on our property and I can easily "drop into the kitchen" for example to ask my wife something. We always wait until these are on sale for $29.99
