Bought this for my folks and they love it! Have paired it with a kasa smart plug and they live being able to control things with their voice.

I have two of these smart speakers set as stereo set in my house. They are definitely way better than the previous generation speakers as far as the sound quality and the build quality are concerned. The only issue I have is the voice recognition and command recognition. It constantly fails to understand what I'm trying to say/ask compared to the Google Home mini. It's a great choice if you want to hook two of them as a stereo speakers. They sound great for the price you would pay. Overall, very god product from Amazon. I hope they improve their learning / recognition abilities.

Easy set up. As advertised. Fun to use. Paired up easily with Amazon Music and Pandora. Convenient information center. Adequate sound for its size and price.

Love the Echo Dot. It is in my living room. It is low profile and functional. I bought another one for my adult child for Christmas. I need another one for the back of my house. I have not used it to its full capacity, but it is fun learning what it can do.

The Echo Dot is fantastic. Love being able to hear any song at any time. Love being able to immediately get an answer to those troubling questions. Why go around blindly following rumors and false stories when you can ask a simple question and have facts on your side. It's that easy.

Purchased online Black Friday sale. Was presently surprised how clear the sound was . Hooked up to my iphone with no problems. No complaints .

I bought the Echo Dot 3rd Gen in Charcol, loved the look and simplicity of it. Speakers can really jam out! I had alll my devices connected in a speaker group along with my Fire Stick and had my apartment call me and say people were complaining about how loud the music was — speaks for itself!

I love this speaker. It works really well and has a decent sound for it's size. It's great to be able to tell it to add something to my shopping list right when I'm thinking about it or to ask the weather or what's on my calendar when I get up. I'm sure there are tons more features that I haven't had a chance to even try yet.

Fun to use. Unlimited skills to enable. Good sound for its size.

Big Brother is everywhere in my house, and I don't mind! LOL... These come in handy for making announcements, used as 'doorbells,' playing music, timers, reminders, asking questions (though half of the answers are convoluted) - but useful nonetheless. Pretty sure I got this free when I purchased a camera :)

My parents received this Echo Dot with their 50" smart TV purchase and they have been so excited to use it. Its been very convenient for them with the integration with their tv and they even purchased light bulbs they can use via echo dot. The sound quality is amazing and overall is an amazing addition to all their gadgets.

In expensive.dont take up no space, hand free info.

Great price. Small which make it easy to place anywhere and everywhere throughout the house. Very intuitive. Speaker is plenty loud. Good but not great quality when playing music.

I was skeptical about the echo dot and never actually bought one for that reason. But when we bought our ring doorbell, Best Buy gave us one for free so I figured I needed to give it a go! It's a nice little addition. We actually have it in our daughters play room so she can play music and ask questions and stuff. It's a nice add on.

Easy and convenient to use. Easy set up. It's nice not having to use a remote.

Higher volume & cleaner audio than first or second generation.
