The amazon echo dot 3rd gen is a great device to any home. Also in my house is a google mini, but I routinely call out for Alexa more. The Alexa app is more user friendly in my opinion but google assistant is more data answer smart. With Apple Music now available, the echo makes it an all around smart device.

Works ok I guess, got it free with another purchase, probably need to spend more time setting all of the devices up to use with it.

I got this for free, and am not very tech savvy so not sure how much I will actually use it, haven’t used it at all yet.

My daughter decided at the last minute that she would like one of these. Best Buy had a great price and guaranteed delivery before Christmas. While I am not using it myself, she has thanked me several times and says she really likes it. She uses it as her alarm clock in the bedroom.

VERY GOOD SOUND FOR THE SIZE , VERY RESPONSIVE AND INTEGRATES VERY EASY WITH ALL THE ALEXA DEVICES .

I bought this for my guest bedroom just needed a simple clock and a way to access Alexa It was a perfect fit

Bought this for my brother for Christmas and he seems to use it quite a bit with music, setting timers, checking the weather, etc.

Now I can just tell Alexa to turn of my lights, tv, set up timer, alarm and many more. Love this device.

Slowly putting these in every room. Connect to WeMo switches and plugs and the house is automated. Alexa is a key part of the home.

I bought this product for some elderly clients that wanted a virtual assistant that could play music and speak the time with voice commands. They love it and use it everyday. They continue to learn the different ways it can make their lives easier. Totally satisfied

I got this on Black Friday 2019. I like the sound and how atreactive it is sitting out. Its a good product for most.

Received the Echo Dot as part of a TV Purchase Promotion. Had to return it because we returned the TV we purchased. We already had an Echo Dot in the house which we really love. Our Granddaughters have fun talking to Alexa. Highly Highly Recommend the Amazon Echo Dot.

My kids enjoy using this Alexa product. It is also a capable alarm clock and is a decent speaker.

If you have Amazon music and not ITunes you might like this product. Nice speaker but not a good use for me at all.

I am a very happy first time user of this type of device. The Echo Dot 3rd Gen surpassed my expectations with its quality sound and ease of use. So far I've only used it for listening to music but will be trying out its other features soon. Highly recommended!

Thought it would be quieter because if it’s size. Sound and bass sounds nice. 2nd review because 2 were purchased for my children.

I upgraded from the Echo Dot (ver. 2). This version has a much better speaker. It sounds louder and better than my previous dot.

We enjoyed our first Echo Dot that I gave one to my wife for Christmas. It's convenient for doing quick internet searches, streaming music services, and making house-wide announcements. We have fun with the pair of Echo Dot (3rd gen) units we have. We'll be adding smart plugs and other linked devices soon.

This item was easy to set up. Alexa has a hard time understanding some request but overall it’s an amazing product.

we never opened it because the concept of having a device that listens to us in our home is unsettling. I'm sure whoever got it was quite pleased
