Has great sound quality but does not recognize my voice commands and goes off line and back online all the time

I got this for free, and am not very tech savvy so not sure how much I will actually use it, haven’t used it at all yet.

I installed this in my elderly parents room so they can just easily drop in or announce if they need anything, and vice verse. They’ve just learned to ask Alexa for the time, the weather, the news, and they were very pleased with how easy it is to use this.

Love the clock, sound quality is good, just a little dismayed that it only comes in the sandstone color

We got this when we bought a TV as an extra for the TV we did not buy it and we have never used it because we don’t want big brother listening. :)

Enjoying the Echo dot smart speaker. Bought a few more for a second home an one for the office. It's great for streaming Sirius XM radio stations and the moring news. The Echo even has some great meditation sound tracks you can request for relaxation.

I bought these for my mom and she loves them it helps her with the weather dates appointments and even music!

I brought this only so that i can control my tv via xbox but when i started reading on it oh man. I set my alarms, set reminders and i even went and got smart bulbs to turn my lights on and off. This is a must addition to have in anyones home and i must say its well worth it!

Once it’s in your home, it listens to every conversation. Creepy.

Bought the white echo dot to blend in with the surroundings. Enjoy listening to music or radio just by asking Alexa.

The best improvement for gen 3 echo is sound quality. Quality equal to echo show. Great for music reproduction.

Store pick-up was so much quicker and easier than Amazon delivery and it was the same price as Amazon. Perfect for home office use to have background music playing. The Sandstone color is a great neutral color for the office as well - very classy looking.

My order arrived on time. It arrived in excellent condition. The Echo Dot has good sound quality and great features at a great low price. I bought this one for my niece and I think I am going to order additional ones for myself and others in the family.

It’s ok. I’m not particularly impressed but it’s decent as a freebie we got with a tv purchase.

I have now purchased many of these in different colors. In addition to being smart devices, you can play the same (or different music) on them simultaneously. They also provide an intercom feature which is helpful in larger multi-story homes.

I have a couple of echo dots but this exact one has been giving me problems it won't sync to the giftees wifi anymore

The echo dot is loud and clear, I'm always playing music on it. I didn't expect to enjoy as much as I do.
