I bought this Echo Dot mainly for the clock in the front of the unit and enjoy the sound it emits

I've heard alot stories about privacy issues with Amazon, Alexa, and the dots. I feel like this is near, but would like to disconnect when not in use

I like that the clock is displayed The kids primarily use for music but often ask for weather and etc.

My house has a very big open floor plan. I have several of these and they are always bumping heads. Too close together for my floor plan.

My kids love Alexa because they get to play with her. My 6 year old loves to ask Alexa to play music for him. He is requesting his own Alexa for his room and so is my 19 year old daughter. It's really nice to have an Alexa at home. Now I understand my brothers.

Pretty cool little speaker, wish it was cordless, it would be mor convenient.

This is as easy as it gets to getting things done without lifting a finger. I always heard about how easy it is and how helpful but using it certainly opened up my eyes

I have four placed all over the house in sync and makes listening to music all over the house a great experience.

Not my favorite but a great gift for kids who normally don’t have high expectations from tech devices at a young age. This was bought in that regard as I’d never buy one for myself. Buy a HomePod, there’s a reason they are more expensive, the work and sound amazing.

It’s an OK speaker. I’ve already got multiple Google Home speakers in my home but there are certain features that Echo has I wish Google had.

I basically purchased this to play music thru. After 3 months of use the speakers are blown. Its not an expensive item but shouldn't be purchased for music.

She does not do everything you ask that she should be able to do as if she doesn't understand. It was free so can't complain too much.

We bought this for my son who takes 2 hour showers so we can drop in and let him know it's dinner time! No joke. I have one in my bathroom to keep track of time while in the shower. Then I get my weather and traffic reports while brushing my teeth.

Good buy for the money. I like you can play music on all echo dots in your home at once.

I'm bias. We love our Dots. We have one in pretty much every room. Not a fan of the new "ball" one. These pucks are great. Hopefully with those 4th gen "Ball" ones, these will drop some more in price and I can finish up the missing rooms. :)

This good for whatever you want it to do and all but one day when i came home, I heard it talking when no one was home and just stopped using it since.
