I have so many of these so this is nothing new. Obviously I like them if I've many.

This is our second one. This one stays in the Master while the other one is in the Guest Bedroom. It can fully control smart connections in our house. There is a limitation on the sound though on this unit. It sounded good but it starts to lose the bass as you increase the volume. If Bose has a version of Alexa, I will get the Bose. However, for the price, this is really good because I bet Bose will cost more if they create one with Alexa control.

This Alexa product is well worth the money. I was surprised that I like this better than the Alexa show

There’s Siri and other sources to receive quick information and smart and TVs with Netflix etc. no need for an additional electronic item.

Stopped working after a month . It won’t connect to my wifi . Don’t understand why .

All I can say is yesssss, I love it!!! Alexa is the bomb.com. I recently got into the echos and other things which I have fell in love with! Lol. It was easy to set up and link smart plugs , bulbs and other things with it. If you dont have one and thinking about it Go Get it! Lol!

Had a little difficulty connect to the internet, but their customer service rep, was able to assist.

The upgrade on this unit makes it look more upscale compared to the previous model. They all function the same helping with information about commute and weather. Helping to communicate with other smart devices in the home and any of the 1000’s of skills that apply to your home

What a deal...best buy included with tv purchase on cyber monday. I buy lots of tvs this time of year from best buy. Process is easy and delivery is great

I am still learning to use it. I don't know if it is really monitoring my conversations like I heard on the news. I have had to reboot it several times.

It’s OK Bought it for my daughter she does not like it very much so I really don’t know because I don’t have one I have the Google

The Alexa ecosystem is always getting better but be wary of your privacy based on the terms of service and the history of this company.

Alexa in general is failing, you have to repeat yourself a couple times and there are times when she wont even do the command you requested. I have multiple devices and they all act funny

Really appreciate the way it is responsive to my commands for weather forecast or set a timer or spell a word. Good size, Not too tall or too wide. Best Buy had an easy way to order online and then pick it up add a store near me. I recommend the echo and Best Buy.

First gen had way more microphones and sensitivity was higher but this has beefier speakers and sound quality.

Great sound for small place or in an office. Can’t play music from multiple locations without closing a session.

This device is a decent upgrade from the original dot. If your in the market the extra 5-10$ makes a difference.

Alexa does not always recognize our voice. We eventually had to return it after a couple days due to the issue. A friend had one that worked perfectly.
