This was my first time trying alexa products, but now I can't live without it. I use my alexa dot 3 to control my lights and read bedtime stories to my kids and much more. My favorite is having all my dots linked together to play music through out my house.

Added this to my collection of smart speakers - found it to have much more robust audio vs the previous generation of Dots, but it's much more bassy - or perhaps a better word would be muffled. Have played with the EQ settings, but haven't gotten this to sound as rich as I'd like. I find myself using the previous version of my Dot speaker much more often. Would love to find some advice that would make this sound more full-bodied.

I got the amazon echo dot for my daughter and she loves it he has fun listening to music and books

Hey Siri. What time is it? “Hmmm. Let the think about that. Here’s what I found in the web.” What a joke. Alexa is the way to go if you want actual answers and help. If you don’t mind giving up your personal info to Bezos. Otherwise great product.

Amazon Echo Dot 3rd generation is better than its predecessor. It has better sound and aesthetics as well.

Very good. It was easy to set up and connect to other devices in our home.

Alexa in general is failing, you have to repeat yourself a couple times and there are times when she wont even do the command you requested. I have multiple devices and they all act funny

Often thinks I’m talking to her but over all works good . I like it but wouldn’t buy another one. I really don’t have much use for it.

Purchased our 3rd Echo Dot for my bedroom. Use it mostly to help help me sleep with Alexa's ambient and sleep sounds. I can ask Alexa for the sounds of the beach or the sounds of a rain storm. Use it quite a few nights a week.

And the price wasn’t too bad durning Black Friday. I have the regular echo and giving this one as a gift.

It’s a good speaker and world with most Bluetooth devices

Works like it should and have had no issues. Setup was easy and straightforward.

The commands that are supposed to work dont half of the time. Not really worth buying a government spy if she doesn't at least listen

My youngest daughter will become a teenager in October and is now in Jr High. She and her sister used to share a dot. But her sister is now in Sr. High. The primary use for the Dot is as an alarm clock. They now awaken at different times. She loves it.

As you may know, this new generation echo dot is awesome. Also the built-in clock display is great because I don't have on-the-wall clock. It works perfectly with my smart plug and I think the recognition capacity has increased by large margin

This is a great item to do multiple items hands free. The only down fall is it being connected to WiFi 24/7. It doesn't use much but enough.

This is my 3rd Echo Dot purchase. I've purchased this product for my husband and friends. My dissatisfaction is with purchasing a separate warranty and not receiving it. I've been unable to reach a rep to satisfy my warranty request.
