This is our 4th Alexa. She lives in the kitchen and complements her friend in our bedroom. She is great when it comes to cooking, giving us accurate timing just by asking. She is much better than our old timer and does the weather too.

I think every home should have one of these. I use this for reminders and in home security. Plays music and you can order things straight from Amazon. Turn on basically all electronics that has a WiFi bluetooth connection

Does not have an option to connect to a WPA2 wireless network. Anyone with a Bluetooth connection can also hook to them without your knowledge. I had a neighbor who kept connecting their phone to my first/second gen Dot via the bluetooth and this 3nd gen appears to have the same issue. I did not have that issue with the regular size Echo. Stick with the regular Echos if you want an Echo. Their security is much better.

Works well but don't really like linking Amazon up on everything and it was tough to use.not for us personally

This color is nice. It blends in with your home surroundings. It has a nice sound too.

Nice unit, good sound, not crazy about the white/sandstone color but it works as advertised.

First, don't pay full retail for them. They go on sale all the time with steep discounts that only Amazon controls. At the low price they are great value. This one does both 2.4G and 5G wireless and connects easily and fast.

We dont really use these in our home a lot. But conveniently it was free with purchase.

I like the echo dot the only thing I really hate about it is that, it has to be plugged into the wall. But Alexa is nice.

I like the amazon echo. I have 5 of them and enjoy the ease of use.

This is my second Echo Dot. I'm going to network it with the first one I got. I've also paired it with three smart Sengled light bulbs. It's very useful.

Really enjoying have two of these in my home. Sound is nice and surprisingly loud and has bass!

This small echo dot works just like it’s big sister! Sound not as good, but functions great.
