I always needed something to wake me up in the mornings and this worked out great.

The echo dot is easy to use and fun to have. I would definitely purchase it again.

Located on night stand. Clock auto dims down in the dark. Can see clock clearly but not to bright. Clock settings need to be done through alexa app on a phone or tablet. Other than the clock works exactly like a plain echo dot.

Easy and intuitive to set up. The sound is actually quite good. Much better than expected.

I have not used this at all so have no basis to judge it on. I got it because it was free when I bought a 4k firestick.

I have an echo show, but wanted a dot for the bedroom. This thing is really great. I mostly use it as a noise machine at night, but also I have smart lighting in the bedroom and it turns the light on and off.

Very good i like the clock feature and the color white makes it look fancy

Been a great replacement for an aging alarm clock. My only con would be it’s hard to hit the right button to shut it off when your trying to be quite quickly in the morning. Have already had to swear at it a few mornings this week.

I got this as an alarm / smart home assistant and it has exceeded my expectations.

Not sure it really adds anything to use of my electronics thus far. So far seems like just an additional “toy”.

Bought for my brother for Christmas. Have one at home and love it.

Controls my blinds, lights, Roomba, Samsung Smartthings. Echo is better than Google Nest because I can a device belong to a member of more than 1 group (example: a bulb be a member of the kitchen and family room)

Tedious work helping Alexa understand and recognize stuff. Pretty concerning if its recording without prompting.

This is my 5th echo dot..so you can say I like them. I bought this one in particular bc of it's color. It looks cleaner and more modern than some of the other ones. Features are exactly the same.

Google home is much better. But this is ok. Anything is netter than Apple products.

This is a good product it tells the time and is a alarm clock and Alexa is amazing

The new echo dot is an amazing piece of technology. It can be used to operate my smart home devices, play music over my Sonos system, answer questions and act as a timer in the kitchen. Do be sure to disable voice ordering on Amazon... nuf said.

The echo dot was relatively easy to set up but the audio sounds muddled, especially for podcasts or talk radio.
