This echo bot was easy to use it working with the ring door bell.

Confused on how to originally set this up with all my devices but once we figured it out it works well.

The echo dot was relatively easy to set up but the audio sounds muddled, especially for podcasts or talk radio.

This is the second Dot that we own - this one is in our teenage daughter's room. We use the "drop in" feature to let her know when it's time for dinner or to walk the dog. Works like an old intercom system - and keeps teenage angst to a minimum!

I have an echo show, but wanted a dot for the bedroom. This thing is really great. I mostly use it as a noise machine at night, but also I have smart lighting in the bedroom and it turns the light on and off.

Controls my blinds, lights, Roomba, Samsung Smartthings. Echo is better than Google Nest because I can a device belong to a member of more than 1 group (example: a bulb be a member of the kitchen and family room)

I love my Echo Dot 3rd Generation and Alexa is the bomb and super intelligent. Best Buy had a promotion going on when I purchased my Ring Doorbell 2 where the Echo Dot 3 was free when you purchased the Ring doorbell 2. That was my lucky day!

It made my life much easier when i can't find my t.v. remote and turning on the lights

I’m highly impressed by this device it does so much more than what I imagine it to do. It guards your house, plays music has an alarm clock can call people from your contacts connects to a blue tooth speaker ..........

a very low sound. I recommend it for those who need an intelligent device, because as a speaker it leaves a lot to be desired.

I bought this for my father as a Father’s Day gift. I figured this would go well with his Alexa with video screen he has in family room. This non video Alexa is perfect for bedroom and bathroom whet Video is discouraged.
