The only drawback I have found is if the device is a distance from the internet router it may disconnect from time to time.

Simple, small, compact

Ask Alexa for help with "virtually" anything. Weather, news, schedules, general info..she is ready to work for you. What else to say?

Great product and value

Easy to install and Alexa replies to your commands all the time. Siri would sometimes struggle but Alexa is so much superior. Only issue I had was that the sound on music was a little too much bass for me and not enough treble. A lot of MIDs and can’t adjust the EQ Other than that, I would given it 5 stars. Thanks

I replaced it with another echo dot (3rd gen) and it would freeze during the set up process. I opted for the 4th gen echo dot and it works MUCH better. Wouldn’t recommend the 3rd gen product.
