Works good is not the best if you don’t have enough smart items in your home

Love this! So far I have only used it for playing music, but I am happy with what Alexa has provided me!!

Enjoy this very much. Start the day asking the temperature and weather and turn on lights when I get home from work, to music to end the day. Catch them on sale for $25 and it’s a great bargain.

Having so much fun with Alexa. She can do just about anything. Great with Checking o your Amazon orders! Also, Alexa will remind you of just about anything so you do not forget. Great Purchase!

Still learning the many features and applications, but so far I like Alexa. I plan to get more smart bulbs and a smart thermostat. Works well as a Bluetooth speaker for music as well.

I wanted an Echo Dot, mainly to serve as an intercom station to communicate with two of the bigger units elsewhere in our house. Does that job well although the sound quality is not equal to the larger units, of course. If I had it to do over, I might have bought the Dot with the clock display, but that’s on me.

Bought this for my 6 yr. old daughter's bedroom. She loves it. She likes to play any song that she wants or even ask alexa the weather. It is easy for her to use anytime of day.

Bought the Echo Dot on a whim, hoping to find some interesting uses. I DID! Or at least I thought I did... I used my Dot to listen to my Sirius XM radio subscription. It worked so well I bought 2 more. Everything was great until... Worked great on a Saturday, the following Tuesday nothing, nada, zip... "Sorry, I'm having trouble playing the music" is all she will say. This is a known issue by Amazon for some time, as it is with other music sources, even Amazon music. And yet, no solution. Although they claim it has been addressed. A lot of tickedd off people, just Google "I'm having trouble playing the music" and see what pops up. I stress STILL NO SOLUTION!!! So now I have decorator hockey pucks... don't waste your money or time. Doesn't deserve one star.

I have an elderly father and worry about him needing me from the other end of the house. I have installed dots in the rooms that he uses and he can just tell Alexa to call me. Takes a lot of worry away.

We are owners of an echo show and a big echo and have liked the fact that you can set reminders, alarms, and specially communicate between Echo’s through the house. Bought this one so our kids would start showing responsibility and set their own reminders for school, etc. Love it. Just wish the speaker would be a little more powerful.

Cheap and easy to use. Bought this for Christmas gift

For what I was using it for my daughter's room it served its purpose. It did stop a few times and wouldn't loop White noise that is why I didn't give it a 5-star rating. Overall was satisfied even though I ended up switching for the one with the clock because it was a helpful tool since my girls don't have a clock in their room.

I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. She loves it! It was a little hard to program, but other than that it was a hit. I bought one for my other granddaughter too, so she wouldn't be jealous.

I became hooked on Alexa with the first Echo, I have upgraded to gen3! I use for my reminders, grocery list & package delivery. I have become so spoiled!

This product is worth it to buy and connect devices

I got this free with the doorbell cam, so I am still thinking about how I can use it with the cam.
