    We purchased this item over the other dots because of the clock feature - it's not very bright in the daytime but works well at night. Also, the alarm feature can't be set very loud so it's a little hard to wake up to it. Overall, we like it and it's fun to double check answers to math problems.

    The LED display to show time is very convenience design. Sound is louder but quality is still not good. But considering its price, you shouldn't have a high expectation on it.

    I love my echo Dot. I bought it as a secondary echo for our bedroom and bought others for the kids room. They can all connect and then you can talk to each other through them! Pretty awesome!
