I don't have problem setting up the connections because I worked for At&t DSL and Comcast internet service. It is a bad product

Love how you can link several of them to play music at the same time. Very user friendly.... but also very fragile. Ex: one fell out of my 5yr old’s hand (about 1 foot height) onto carpet floor and now it doesn’t work properly. I own 5 :)
