Alexa is the coolest on this device. You can ask her anything and most of the time she has the answer. And she knows all the songs requested. I just love this device.

The 3rd generation Echo Dot pumps out an appropriate amount of bass for such a tiny machine. I have this installed in my bathroom and the reverb is outstanding.

Great to have around the house. Love how you can link several of them to play music at the same time. Very user friendly.... but also very fragile. Ex: one fell out of my 5yr old’s hand (about 1 foot height) onto carpet floor and now it doesn’t work properly. I own 5 :)

Firdt time having this item. So convenient. For some odd reason i think my wife is jealous of Alexa!!

Luckily it was free with the purchase of my tv. I set it up and had fun messing with it the first day, but when I got up the next morning it wouldn’t even power on. Worked for a total of about 13 hours.

The kids enjoy playing with it so I guess that's a win. I would recommend.

Amazon has produced may great products in the past, I suspect this will be another great product. Grandchildren have a great time with trivia questions.

The echo dot works very well I particularly wanted this one for the clock display. So far it works as expected and the digital display works well and very clear to see.

I got this free with a fire tv purchase. I had never considered purchasing this device but I can honestly say it is well worth the money. My family really enjoys this!

Never could get it to work but since it was free I didnt try to exchange it. I don't have problem setting up the connections because I worked for At&t DSL and Comcast internet service. It is a bad product

I love this because it’s so convenient. All I need to do is to tell Alexa to turn on/off lights, fan or whatever. My husband was skeptical at first, but now he’s loving it.

It's was sent free without explanation, installer never mentioned what it could be used for, geek squad and their affiliates are crooks just trying to make money not being honest. I have the ring floodlight camera that was supposed to be installed, technician ssid he was not an electrician so he would inform his supervisor and she would work with me to get it installed but never a phone call and with me calling numerous times and being on hold for probably a total of 4 hours I go to bestbuy and a bestbuy supervisor, Lawrence Frazer, stated we dont install Ring floodlight cameras,after about 3 wks of hassle. Now I need to look for a pay someone to install this camera even though they were told about this camera initially when I made the appointment with geek squad, never again, with these crooks.

I love the echo dot! I can can ask Alexa to do anything for me, schedule appointments, set alarms, and she tells me the most current weather and traffic without pulling out my phone.
