    It's a nice use as an alarm clock or night light. However, the alexa voice feature is stubborn. I think there needs to be much more improvements. It conflicts with other echo devices near the room.

    It is not nice looking as the 4th gen Echo dot. I got this on the sale price, so that it is a better choice for me since I just need it as a basic speaker without clock. Sound quality is fine.

    I love the idea of the Echo Dot and had a lot of fun with it in the beginning. After it talking on it's own, and debates are all around about it "listening" ....She is officially unplugged!

    wish she came in different colors, shes convenient, however I get a little frustrated at times because of the quality of voice recognition, i have to repeat myself over and over to just play a podcast. this should be digitized where the responses and recognition of voice are on the screen and there are better manual controls for it. otherwise, you'll be arguing with her. I dont really use her for lighting or electronic home controls, only to play podcasts and music so im not getting the full capabilities. I am a little scared of privacy issues.
