    I have found the device to be almost useless, it barly can turn on and off lights with voice commands. It will some times give you unrelated articles when you ask it to turn on the lights. It is not a "smart" speaker, it does not know enough English to get you what you want. It is an ok Bluetooth speaker.

    Alexa dot is great for a lot of music the only low point is you need to have a spotify premium account to be able to play music. Also it doesn't play music from YouTube

    Want to use the amazon music (w prime) and share in house but cannot share w kids account. Waisted an hour on the phone Xmas morning with the “no-help” line. Still cannot share music. Would need to pay for additional accounts!

    We got this for our kids and it's fun to mess around with it. It provides information when asked, if it knows the answers. And we actually use it to make announcements to the kids when they're in their rooms and we're in ours.
