    The Echo Dot 3rd gen sound quality is extremely poor and I have switched it out and still bad. The Echo Dot 2nd gen quality is far superior

    Alexa often says, "Unable to receive wifi signal" well that is off because there are plenty of devices connected to wifi and it is working at 100 MBS and no other devices have problems.
