    its not working as expected and I call the support but still to no avail. Alexa will not accept my voice asking to do stuff, with out pushing the button on top. when Alexa does work I have to have the application on and close by in same room, then push the Alexa button on top give it the command then it works. I have a Moen voice active faucet that I want Alexa to work with and it only work with that device when I have the application on in my phone, and pust the Alexa button on top
