    Only drawback is I found it very difficult to set up the system using the app, but once I finally solved that difficulty, The Echo Dot with Alexa is truly amazing & convenient!

    its not working as expected and I call the support but still to no avail. Alexa will not accept my voice asking to do stuff, with out pushing the button on top. when Alexa does work I have to have the application on and close by in same room, then push the Alexa button on top give it the command then it works. I have a Moen voice active faucet that I want Alexa to work with and it only work with that device when I have the application on in my phone, and pust the Alexa button on top

    Although sometimes it has a hard time with voice recognition, I really enjoy this product. Best part is the ability to have anyone in the house add to the shopping list as needed.
