I am not really getting any benefit out of it at all. I was interested in the novelty of it, but really do not find it very useful at all. Maybe that will change over time, but not right now.

Microphone needs work.

Doesn’t consistently recognize the “code words “ I’ve setup to complete multi-step actions or control smart lights. Often the Alexa will say “feature not supported” but will complete the action if I repeat myself. This will happen regardless of background noise level.

Always randomly turns on at worst times, like during a movie or important phone calls. The audio quality is horrendous, not sure who would want this? I basically got it for free and still returned it.
