    Received for free with the purchase of an Insignia TV. I have never used, nor do I plan to so I can't really say anything about, quality, ease of use ect.. I just don't have any desire for this product

    I have 8 of these in my house in various models. Used to LOVE alexa. Kids could ask questions , do smart home things, etc.. After some updates about 1/2 a year ago Alexa got dumb. Can not answer most simple questions and some things that worked do not work anymore. Cameras, smart fans, etc.
