Difficulty with WiFi secure connections

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased 2 of these 3rd gen echo dots and had a lot of difficulty with both installing, problems connecting to secure WiFi 6 , I had to repurchase 4th gen echo dots that easily installed with no problems or issues. I would not recommend buying 3rd generation echo dots.
