Echo Dot useless

T-Mobile home internet, Verizon, and AT&T are not available. The Echo Dot was useless. Could not hook it to Bluetooth and use.

Very discouraged.can't talk to a live person as no one today knows how to talk without having a phone or computer in their hands. Wow am i deaf?

Now when i connect to my laptop the volume will spontaneously mute, and when I pause the video while connected, after a few seconds it unpause my video.
