Lags sometimes

Sometimes she can’t figure out what you’re asking even if you speak very slowly. While sitting in another room speaking with someone she may suddenly interrupt your conversation even though the wake word wasn’t used. Haven’t quite figured out yet if she’s useful or not.

Defective

Had several hours of phone calls with Amazon Alexa. They have advised this product must be defective and I should return it and exchange for a new one!
