However Alexa started speaking without any one activating her and that was it for me. Instantly disconnected.

Really? One senior holds a PhD, it shouldn’t be this difficult to get this big brother to be set up.

It's disconnected now and in the basement, waiting fora future civilizations that will visit Earth to find it.

Unfortunately, I exchanged the Ring spotlight cam for the Ring floodlight cam and I had to return it. I ended up paying more for the floodlight so I was hoping to keep the DOT. Go figure....
