We could not get this to sync with alexa on our smartphone. Connected to wifi, clicked on the echo dot and it wouldn't setup or do anything. Complicated for me to use. Had to return. Customer service was great!

This was included with my Insignia Fire TV but the directions for hooking it up are so difficult to understand that it sits in the box unused. Shame on you Alexa!

I got this mainly so I can pair the smart light bulbs and turn my lights offf with my voice. That’s all this is good for Im having a hard tome connecting it to my tv it’s a Toshiba. But over all it’s ehhhh

My echo very soon has stopped working. I checked and the problem was the plug wire. I have tried to buy a new one at amazon but is cheaper to get a new one . So expensive. My echo now has used as brick

I’m so upset that I got my package yesterday expecting the speaker and I had some Mario video games instead. How could you send me the wrong package without even noticing

In this day and age. This echo is lacking. Could do better with other Bluetooth wireless speakers

I am not able to use this. I have tried and even my very tech savvy granddaughter tried to make this thing work. It kept prompting us to repeat the same steps but we never got it programmed to work.

Got this as a freebie with a purchase of a TV. I don't think I will ever use. I don't want that weirdo Jeff Bezos spying on me.

It’s like having a cat around the house. Sometimes you forget about it being around, until it does something to scare you. We do enjoy playing Question if the Day, and hearing the Fun Fact of the Day.

Does an adequate job of providing a connected experience. Games and trivia are a short term distraction. Most value is in the bluetooth speaker functionality. Doesn't really provide much but a distraction with a speaker.

Luckily we received this free with another purchase, because I would have never paid for it. It didn’t come with any useful instructions and I can’t see what is special about it. I guess I will do more research about it.

I really like the form factor. However, music still doesn't sound too great and you constantly have to yell to get Alexa to understand you. With that said, be for the price it serves a lot of function.

The dot for me isn't that great when I play music it starts nice but only last for a min then it shuts off I am glad it was a free stuff good

Don't bring this little spy bot into your home. I'm sure it works fine, but it's literally spying on you 24/7.

I just starting to get the hang of it. Many question I do she always said am no sure I don’t know that. Not what I was expecting but I will get to try to learn about it, it’s just I don’t have time at this moment.

I’m not happy with it. It needs to be charged all the time it waste electricity. Unlike other speaker, it’s rechargeable u can use it on the go.

So the games on Alexa, especially question of the day are super fun and she gives great facts BUT she’s consistently glitching when it comes to playing music and answering basic questions.
