Piece of crap.

My other Alexa device (echo show) works great thus far. I have contacted customer support for the Alexa and nothing. They just want to keep trouble shooting and I went through the same trouble shooting process for 4 days straight with no progress and they acted as if it was my problem when I was getting frustrated that they wouldn’t listen when the trouble shooting wasn’t working. The dot won’t connect to my wifi and all of a sudden it did that. We never changed anything. Everything was and is up to date software wise. It just won’t connect to the wifi so something is wrong. Customer support just kept wanting to redo and redo and redo the troubleshooting and it wouldn’t work after the 100th time so I got upset and they said when I was ready to continue to keep doing the same trouble shooting to contact them again.
