With having this device. It’s been a game changer with the compatibility features with other Alexa devices. The volume, connectivity, voice response is all great!

I have not taken it out of the box. I just saw the baby cam video and I am not sure I want to have this in my bedroom. Still thinking about it. I need to talk to my son. It was given to me no charge at purchase of the TV.

I cannot say enough about this amazon echo dot. It is WONDERFUL. Loud, crisp, and knows my voice so well. I love the size of this one. It is much more convenient and easy to stow away but still be heard with the far field of sound. My guests have absolutely enjoyed asking questions and about the weather and especially using it with my Spotify. I purchased a wall mount too that works very well. Again I would recommend this to anyone who loves to have music around the house being played. Did I mention the price? Unbeatable. Don’t get a knock off! Just get the amazon echo dot 3rd generation and do yourself a favor. I am just over the moon about this item. Thanks BestBuy!

I haven been trying to connect Alexa to the august lock and or my Samsung tv, haven’t had luck. I wouldn’t purchase this Alexa again or so even recommend it.

I’ve never been so disappointed with an amazon product. I’ll ask Alexa to play a specific song on Spotify and then once that songs over I’ll ask for a different song or podcast and she’ll continuously play the first song over and over and I’ve been trying to connect my phone’s Bluetooth to Alexa so I can play my own playlist and it connected, but also keeps randomly disconnecting for no reason. Worst purchase from amazon I’ve ever bought.

Do NOT use this. Amazon admits to listening to you while you are playing the echo devices. Again records you intermittently. Your voices and conversations are NOT private. Also, by using this Amazon will use your internet bandwidth to provide interment around your home area. You are becoming internet for someone else. It's in terms of service we are given but NOT expected to read.

I got this for free for purchasing a tv. It was smaller than I thought. I had a little trouble setting up as it wouldn't find my wifi and bluetooth connection. I already don't like Alexa and on top of that it needs to be plugged in to the wall which is not worth it. Sound can be very loud but not the best quality. I will be returning this even though I got this for "free".

It’s useful for sure. But, after connecting my Apple Music account it doesn’t play from my music. It plays from whatever Apple offers. That’s not the point! Needs improvement.

Quality of this item is poor. To be fair we were accostume to an Echo plus. The dot doesn’t always “hear” directions correctly. And the quality of the speaker of the dot is just okay.

Had to return the first one. Out of the box it sounded like the speaker was blown. The second one not so bad but for the emphasis being on the enhanced speaker, in my opinion it is subpar to Google mini.

Can't install without Google Play, which my computer doesn't have.

Ordered for pick up in store. When it wasn’t I. Stock I changed the method so it would be shipped to my house but Best Buy cancelled my order for not picking it up

Do NOT BUY from Best Buy!! There products are generic and are Crap. Their Customer Service and Help Department is even Worse. I canceled my credit card and will NEVER BUY ANY thing from then again. Bought a Smart Tv that’s Crap. It’s 4 months old and still plays after shutting off and for 2 minutes after Un plugged. DO NOT BUY FEOM THEM!!!

I have to yell at Alexa to get her to listen...like it’s not bad enough that I have to do the same with my GF.... but I guess they both eventually listen...

Doesn’t allow you to play specific songs from Apple Music. Although it says it’s compatible with Apple Music I find this product to fail me.

Printed directions would be very helpful in setting up the Echo! I have found it to be very difficult to have it do all the things you hear it should be able to do.

Easy to setup and use. Sounds great and pairs well with other Amazon devices.
