I did enjoy it Very much first couple months and then the base went on it and now it’s all stastic and cant understand what’s playing on it . I have to get a new one not too happy about that but at least I got it on sale

Bought for a friend for Christmas. Stopped working after a few months. Amazon would not replace it for me because it was not linked to my account it was linked to the person I bought it for.

Not properly labeled for use outaide tge USA. Cannot download the Alrxa app. Cannot override the app. No customer service help outaide USA. Not usable. Not good. Waste of $30 . Outaide USA

Could not connect it to my network, we tried EVERYTHING. We bought my daughter an Alexa Show on the same visit and it connected to our network as soon as it was plugged in.

Great little thing I didn’t know I needed! This comes in handy when I am in the kitchen cooking and my hands are full, I am able to ask Alexa anything I need!

I actually only wanted to give this 3 1/2 ⭐️ but it wouldn’t let me. It is a pretty neat little thing but sometimes it doesn’t work. You have to repeat yourself before she responds(sometimes )unless you stand right over it and sometimes she answers with random facts instead of what you asked. I thought she was supposed to link to Spotify but she doesn’t or I just haven’t figured out how to do it right, so anytime I ask her to play music she goes directly to Amazon music. I have also asked her for appointment reminders and she didn’t remind me. I tried to set up a nightly reminder(to play at a certain time) and that only works sometimes. Didn’t pay a lot for it, I guess you get what you pay for.

I love this. I use it whenever I getting ready for work to ask it the time and the weather. The speakers are great. I’ve had a get to get her with some friends and we used it for music. It’s really loud

I highly recommended this product if you are upgrading from Echo Dot 2nd Generation! Great Sound! Easy to use! the only thing I'' suggest for next generations is Audio In Jack so it can be used as speaker

It's convenient to have the echo dot. It plays our Amazon play lists. Alerts us for weather emergencies. Notifications for shopping and packages.

I think I got this free when I bought the Ring camera. I dont use this thing. I think it just records my conversations and sends them to the Oval office. Im 48 years old, no use.

Plugged this thing in right out of the box and it’s stuck in an infinite reboot/crash loop. Factory reset doesn’t help. I’m extremely disappointed.

Nice, compact unit that lets you live the Alexa world. Sound quality isn’t the greatest but it cost me less than $20! However you can plug it in to higher quality speakers via Aux port or Bluetooth. You can also get external battery packs for these to make it a wireless portable standalone smart speaker. I also understand that you can tune or shape the sound via an Alexa Equalizer app which does provide some sound improvement. I have not tried this yet.

The Amazon - Echo Dot (3rd Gen) was easy and fast to set up. The quality of sound is surprisingly good considering its small size. I wish it had zigbee like its larger and more expensive version.

I don't like having companies be able to monitor my home, so we don't use it.

Echo dot works well on its own, ie letting you know about the weather/traffic/news/music but best if you have other devices you can control with it. If it only did that, I'm not sure if I'd like it as much since you can take 5 more seconds and do that on your phone too. Although I do really like how easy and responsive it is when it plays music, volume is excellent. But cooler than that you can install lights that will respond to Alexa, and if you have a fire stick/fire tv it can control almost anything there as well, making walking into your house and telling Alexa to turn on the lights, tv and whatever you want to watch all while holding your groceries easy!

Doesn’t hardly work when pairing with my echo show and constantly having to reboot for it to work. Echo Show is just as bad. I wouldn’t recommend to my enemy.

I am your regular customer and I have pay more them every other store. I saw on Amazon and Walmart have chipper then your deal of days.

Another door buster that came with the TV bought for the girlfriends family. I wouldn’t put on in my home. It’s always listening.
