It works well. The speaker isn’t the best but it’s a cheap unit. I use this on my porch and is under a covered roof year long. I use this one because it didn’t cost much so if it gets stolen it isn’t a big deal.

Great for listening to music and connecting it to other Alexas and speakers.

I love this ! I love that it syncs with my smart lights. You can control a lot with it.

I'm rating this as average because I didn't need it, but what are you going to do, refuse a free product... maybe to give as a gift or something. See I have an Echo Show 5 next to my computer and love it. I have this same 3rd gen Dot at the bottom of my stairs (2 story townhouse) and I can use it from both upstairs and downstairs. WHAT I LOVE about this 3rd gen Dot is that it has a 3.5mm outlet on back, so I can plug it into a little amplifier I have and really get some good sound, and good volume from some bookshelf speakers.

It is easy to setup and a great addition to my home. The soud quality is great coming from such a small device and it's nice to have unlimited information just by talking.

I've had Echo Dot before but this worked with the TV I bought. It's amazing

I like this product because of the hands free calling of my contacts, and or bringing up any song I want is priceless...It's easy for my 7 year old to use as well...

My echo spot works as expected. It's very similar to the Google home mini. Well worth the money!

Personally I did not like this product. I have mostly Apple products (iPhone, Apple Music subscription, iPads, etc) and the Alexa speaker would connect to my Apple Music but couldn’t play any of my playlists or radio stations through Apple Music. The speaker is supposed to be able to do that, but I read on the Alexa app that so many people have trouble getting it to connect. It could basically only play a specific requested song/artist on Apple Music or Pandora, and at that point was no different than using my tv or the radio. I will be getting the Apple speakers which I tried to avoid because of the cost but I know they will be worth it to actually be able to play the music I pay access for each month. I also was NOT impressed with the sound quality and I normally don’t care about that at all.

This can be annoying if Alexa doesn’t understand you correctly. There should be a shut off word, so you don’t have to hear Alexa finish her paragraph of a response

Alexis does not always follow my commands I was playing free music and I told her to stop playing free music/cancel, but it wouldn’t stop I had to disconnect it to get it to stop

Never got it set up Having problems doing it myself. BEST buy wants too much money to send someone to house to help me still sitting in box

It serves its purpose with multiple room usage being so small.

I bought this for a white elephant gift. But the person who got it said they wanted an additional one for another room in their house so i guess thats a win
