I love my Alexa. But it doesn’t have any base sounds at all. It’s all treble. And I can’t understand it at all. Music that is supposed to have deeper tones doesn’t have them. It’s annoying.

This version looks a lot nicer than the 1st and 2nd generations. It also sounds better. I picked it up for $25 on special. Definitely worth the $. I have a number of Echo devices scattered around the house and have been happy with them,

Unfortunately the one I received was faulty and I sent it back. I received credit very quickly.

will definitely recommend this one for the new comers to the amazon alexa product.

Has a lot of features still to discover but does exactly what I'm looking for.

Mu only complaint is the quality of the sound. Otherwise, this device is fun to use.

Didn't get to open it since it was part of a promotion with an open box "excellent condition" tv that had no remote and did not state that. Since it had no remote it was stuck on the pair remote screen and would not go any further even after purchasing a replacement remote. Will not buy from best buy again.

It works great the incentive to buy it getting four months an Amazon music has never come to be. From the email it took me to Best Buy website with no way to activate it. Called was passed around a couple of times and either they had no idea what I was talking about or they had no idea how to fix it.

This thing happened to come with our new tv. Don't has any use for it since the idea of being listened in on freaks me the F out. So gave only one star because I wish there was some other option instead of that. So now it sits neatly on top of the other unopened one somebody else gave me.

Great product! Works very well and Alexa is better than Siri.

I really like the alexa voice assistance, I'm enjoying having fun with the answers to my questions and help playing my music with just having to request.

I love Alexa. You can ask her anything. Kids love it.

Great product. Easy to set up. Alexa is a fast learner. She will learn your voice very fast.

Do NOT Buy any alexa Echo Dots or any alexa devices!! In he past 3 years that I and a friend who has one, Amazon has made the devices useless, because all they say is "I don't know that" or bleep or no responce. It use to be great when it first came out, but now amazon has updated the firmware, and taken things away.

Tv went out after 2 years. Wasn’t on very much as it was in a spare bedroom. Will never buy Toshiba again

i brought my product from best buy in Connecticut just to get home upstate NY and my product Don't work. sorry I can't give a review

I can't get it set up. every time I try to use it , it says Alexa is not set up. I can't download it to my cell but I did download it to my computer. Still no go.

Broke on the 2nd week of ownership. Stopped working

Its not worth of a money, 7 out of 10 simple questions it wont be able to answer and try for promotional things from amazon
