If you’re on the fence, and this product is still at sale price then do not hesitate. For $30 this is an excellent purchase and it’s convenience/use will come with time. At first you may be skeptical of how it will be used and benefit you but the use as a speaker alone is very nice.

I recently purchased the Echo Dot for our guest room and it's amazing. The sound is much louder than you'd expect from such a small speaker. I have a lot of items int the house that are Alexa compatible and it's really handy having it in the guest room as well.

I got this thrown in when I bought a ring doorbell . But I like it. I have amazon music, so I put it in my office and can play music from Amazon or Sirius at work. Plus you can ask it questions and get it to tell jokes. I know it does a lot more, but that is as far as I have taken it.

I keep getting these free with some purchase. I’m not sure I’m ready for Amazon to monitor my household conversations. Regardless, you can’t beat the price!

My family has both the Echo and the echo dot, both of which work phenomenally. The echo dot is good to have in a spacious apartment or house and works well as a support for the Echo. Would recommend for a small apartment or as a support for the full sized echo in a bigger place.

I love having an Alexa, has made life so much easier. The set up is easy and there’s so many products that are compatible with it, I will always recommend an Alexa especially when they’re on sale!

I absolutely love the Echo Dot. We recently moved into a new house and we have purchased Echo Dot for every major room in the house. We are using smart bulbs, switches, and plugs along with Alexa and the Dots to convert to a smart home and we are loving it!

We love our Echo Dot. We just say "Echo, good morning" and she gives us the weather forecast, reads our calendar appointments, and reads us a fact from Today In History, which is one of the options we chose. She is also a pretty good speaker for playing music.

A great replacement to keep me company in a new environment, the Echo Dot packs great quality sound given its size, keeps me up to date with news, weather & reminders as well as set up for keeping in touch with family members. In short: I'm happy!

This Dot has improved on its capability of understanding from far away… The sound is also quite clear. overall, if Amazon listening to everything you are saying or doing is not a problem, this is a great product for a great price. Especially for home automation…

Great sound quality for such a small device. Alexa works so well with Spotify, Audible, and my Amazon music account. I use it in the kitchen all the time to set multiple timers, check the weather forecast, determine the current time, call family members, etc. So helpful!

It makes life easy if you know how to make good use of it. I can control the smart devices in the house. I can play music in multi rooms. I can drop-in and communicate with my kids in their room. I can drop an announcement to all devices. There’s so much more!

Love it I can connect to any Bluetooth even my nose speaker.. my son has autism and he has speech issues and alexa even understands him when I don’t know what song he wants to hear. I love it ❤️

This is perfect for a small to mid-size bedroom. If you need to fill the room with some deep bass, go with the Echo

Got this one for my basement because I love being able to just ask Alexa for music and not having to turn anything.

This echo is one of the best things I could have asked for. You can get weather, make calls set alarms, and a plethora of other things

Works really great. The speaker is loud and clear than most other small speakers. You also get a free sengled color bulb valued at $15 for a limited time. So you’re only basically paying $5 for the echo dot.

This was my first Amazon-Echo Dot. I already have 2 Google Homes and 3 Google Nests. This seems to work about the same as those. With the Echo though she listens a lot more than the Googles though. I have the Echo in my bedroom and when I first got it, if I turned over in my bed it would light up waiting for me to say something. If I have a question she's real good at almost always having an answer.

Got it for my Father-In-Law as he is slowly transitioning to today's technology. Connected everything he has to it, and he loves it. Easy to use and if you already love Amazon, makes things even easier.
