Love that this Echo Dot will respond to ANY voice, though you can still add your own to make some responses quicker perhaps...though we've never had any problems with "Alexa" understanding anyone's voice commands in my home.

We’ve never owned a device like this. It’s great in the kitchen! Play music while I cook, have Alexa set multiple timers and my kids who never get to go anywhere due to Covid played games with her for over an hour last night!

perfect preferably I think that this product is better than the echo show for the manual one period this product it can hear you and it's very distinct and your request that you want from Alexa is very reliable and it is fast.

Really great! I can operate my Nest thermostat by simply asking it to turn it up or down, or off. Ask how hot or cold it is before going out the door. I actually have two of them. It actually came free with my Ring doorbell.

We love our Echo Dots spread around the house. The missus still has issues remembering it controls most of the lights in the house and does all kinds of cool stuff. I use it constantly though! I could probably afford to learn more of the features though. Phone App does leave a little to be desired, takes forever for it to load up. But I assume that's because its trying to communicate with the Alexa devices in the house.

This is our third Echo Dot. Will use this one to monitor our ring doorbell that we purchased at the same time. We listen to a lot of Pandora with this Dot too. I have also recently purchased a smart plug to use so this.can turn on and off my lights when I ask it to .

upgraded from my gen1. enjoy the new color schemes and improved sound quality. Use mainly for playing music from Spotify or Pandora, and for setting timers. Also works to turn my smart bulbs off and on. Great deal for under $20

The new Echo Dot sounds much better than the previous generation. The tone is more deeper and rich. When listening to music you also get better treble. I use these devices through my home for whole home audio and it’s works fantastic if used in a small room or office.

The sound quality is great for a small device. The style of the 3rd gen is much better than the new version. I will buy another when on sale again. This one is my 2nd.

The Alexa smart speaker was a good buy, I own two, use them as our early morning alarm system

I bought 3 of these Echo Dot's. I have mine at my desk while I am working and it is so nice to have it there. I can listen to any uplifting songs and artists that I like. Would highly recommend getting one...or three!!

The Echo Dot came as a freebie with another purchase. Grandkids use it as a timer when they read, to play music, check the temperature and as a sound machine. The younger grandkids love it.

Love this little speaker, I pack it with me everywhere I go. Sounds great for it's size and battery last a couple of days with it being used daily.

This is one of the nice product from Amazon. We play lot of songs and no issues so far

At first I got this for the meme, but after a while, I fell in love with Alexa and not in a romantic type of way, that would be extremely weird. I had to go out and buy the Hue bulbs along with the amazing plug, this is truly a change of a lifetime in the human world.

Was originally hesitant to venture into this whole smart home thing but it's pretty cool. Integration to other devices is easier than I thought.
