I live this! It’s the perfect size. Love the smart outlets that it’s compatible with. Easy set up. Great sound quality perfect little speaker for listening to music.

Bought this as a Christmas grab gift. My mom had won it and hooked it up and hasn’t stopped using it. My mom and dad love it because they can just talk and Alexa does what it’s asked to do. I would highly recommend this gift for everyone!

I have Echo Dot (3rdGen) in every room in my home and love them. Turn all lights on, off, answer questions, play music, form a grocery list, place orders with Amazon Prime, drop in with family members within my home, intercom fam when dinner is ready and other etc.

I don't put too much burden on Alexa and we seem to get along great. She's controlling some basic light and sound functions at 100% satisfaction. I have two dots running all the time. I even tricked her into helping me play music through my Harmony system.

I use this product everyday and I love it. I would absolutely buy again.

With a little setup they worked great right out of the box! We have three now and can play music all over the house as well as a lot of other services. Very easy to set up from the app. Regular price is a bit high so catch them on sale.

We have several echo dots and wonder if we should use them or add the upper level version. We have her all over the house now and enjoy the ease of turning on and off lights when hands are full or just asking questions when we need to know something.

The Echo Dot is great to have in smaller rooms. The sound is good, and it's so convenient to be able to ask for radio, time, weather, and more. With Amazon Prime Music it's especially useful for requesting specific songs, types of music, performers, etc.

I recieved this echo dot for free when I purchased a Insginia TV. Glad I got it. Great for checking the weather, asking questions or to listen to music. If you have a prime account, get an echo dot for sure.

Super fun to add items quickly to shopping list (and always have the list with me at the store since it's on my phone instead of leaving a paper list at home.) Easily play music, ask Alexa facts, weather... you name it.

I actually love this product it was easy and a breeze to setup it took about 5 minuts by the way and I even set it up from my iphone 7 plus it was easy. You can say alexa turn off your lights and you can say alexa play pandora radio.

Being able to tell Alexa to play my music, turn my lights on and off, add to my shopping list, adjust the temperature of my house, etc. is such a great thing! I really like having the ability to do this with a simple spoken command.

I use it primarily for playing music. I revel in the fact that I can be in the kitchen listening while preparing meals. It is a nifty little device that I recently purchased but now I wonder how I could have managed without.

Nice improvement from the previous version, not only on the looks but the quality on the sound. Keep in mind that the speaker is small, don't expect BOSE-like sound, but they serve a nice purpose, and, come on, you can beat the price, they are almost free nowadays.

Plays music from my Amazon Music account. Plays iHeart, Spotify, and others as well. The sound is very good for such a small speaker. We use it to create a shopping list too. Great value!!

When used in conjunction with Amazon music, Amazon Prime you really get a lot out of this device. It sounds ok for a small room and is fairly user friendly. My daughter keeps asking it to play "Baby Shark" lol. I mainly use it for the weather, questions that I would normally Google on my phone, or listening to music while I work from home. I kind of wish we would have went with the full sized Echo, but still not bad sound out of this speaker.

I have the second gen echo dots, big echo speaker, and echo show. The speaker in the 3rd gen echo dot destroys all of those. It has a better microphone too so I can actually use it effectively as a home intercom system. The alexa 2nd gen wasn't loud enough for that.

Super easy to set up and use. Love the new dialing capability where I can dial numbers from my phone by telling Alexa to call a person. Security has been improved drastically. Definitely a good cheap and reliable buy.

We got the Echo Dot free with the purchase of a ring camera. This is not something we would have purchased, but am happy that we have. Easy to set up and use. Purchased an additional Echo Dot to put on our lower level. Would recommend for anyone.
