I have one room in the house that doesn't have an Echo device. I've got a couple of 1st Gen Dots set up and this 3rd Gen just happened to come free of charge as part of another Best Buy purchase. Like the other Echo devices, setup was quick and easy.

I love the appearance and size of this smart speaker. Its the first one that I have ever had and I am looking forward to upgrading in the near future.

My husband cannot hear very well, so I bought 2 echos and placed one by his chair and the other in the bedroom. I am able to use the drop in feature as an intercom. No more yelling across the house! I'm sure my neighbors appreciate it more than we do.

We have Alexa set up to control the lights and TV, generally works well. I love having my music playing in the whole house with different Echo devices in each room.

Love it and the price was awesome. Got it as a gift for my uncle in the Caribbean, he can’t get over it!

I was hestiant to get a smart device but now I am glad I invested in the Alexa ecosystem. I can give a simple command and it can turn on my TV while I'm cooking and change the content. Even assist in lazy things like shutting off the lights. Also provides a sense of security with the guard feature. I just wish it'll be a little better responsive at times; you have to repeat yourself a couple times.

We added this to our home this Christmas and love the convenience. While this is just a convenience & not absolutely necessary it is nice to have. it is great to use with Prime to play music. We also use it frequently for weather reports and we always use it for our shopping list. I have it linked to "anylist" on my phone so I always have the shopping list with me when I go to the store. You can also just use the Alexa App to do this also. It is easy to setup & takes up little space. We have ours on top of some tall furniture, so you don't even see it, but still does its job.

Pretty responsive, nice volume. Pretty small so won't take up too much space

Love this device wish I would have purchased a couple more when they were on sale Christmas Eve. Device was easy to set up. Just plug in and download the app to your phone. Alexa has lots of functionality. Would definitely recommend.

Works great, along with all the echo products we have around the house. Scares the living ‘you know what’ out of me when she wants to update herself at 3 AM unknowingly.

The echo dot enabled me to eliminate my bedside radio, streaming kindle and a bluetooth speaker. This "smart speaker" does the job of all of these devices with much better sound quality than I had before. Love it.

We LOVE our echo dot, so much that we bought another one for our family for Christmas. Highly recommend this product! The only disappointment is that you cannot connect the Ring to it, only the Echo Spot will, so we bought that as well and it works great!

Sound good, works well with iPhone and iPad. Will definitely buy again.

My kids love the Alexa we have and always go back and forth with asking it to play different songs. We bought two of these for their rooms and now there is no more arguing! The sound is pretty nice too compared to the higher priced Alexa.

Easy to use and setup. Received this for free in a promo when I bought the Ring Peephole Doorbell which makes me love it even more. I love how everything can be connected to each other and slowly making my home a smart home.

Like the way it interacts with us humans and like the way we can linke it to the television and the play station and the firestick and the ruku and it listens to me and plays my music and it even links to my lights wow

We purchased this for music for our pets when we are gone so they don't get lonely , works great

Love my echo dot, I use it all the time. It is very easy to use and with Amazon music it great.

This is a pretty simple device. It does require a Amazon account. Sounds and pick up is good. Alexa has alot of respones. My kids loves messing with her and enjoy doing math with her. Again this was one of my first smart home device.

We love Alexa in our house. We have multiple dots and the echo show 8. Everything connects seamlessly. Currently thinking of adding the ecobee as well for seemless integrations of our smart home products.
