The echo dot came with my TV purchase, & it was a great little gift that I love using!

This has so far been a very entertaining product. It is not something I would ordinarily have purchased, but was included with a Ring doorbell. I have used it mostly for setting timers and it’s been great. It can be heard all over the house!

Amazon may be stealing all of my secrets, but thats ok. My alexa controls lights, sends announcements to my kids, and plays music.

I have a Google home but decided to try the Amazon Echo as well. It was a good purchase on-sale so I'm happy with it. I would recommend especially if you get it on sale. I also got the Amazon stick because that was on sale too.

well this is my last echo purchase for the time being. I have 3 now and since there are only 3 wake word options, i'll have to wait for a 4th wake word before buying another one. anyway, it's an echo dot. they're awesome.

I’m obsessed with this product. I encourage all my elderly clients to get one. Even individuals in nursing homes can have access to the world with this item. It can be a life changer for some.

Bought this Echo Dot for grandchildren while they are at our house. They love it for listening to music and checking the weather.

Our Echo and Echo Dots serve the family well. They are useful as intercoms and ready sources of information, reminders, and timers. We also use them with our Sirius XM all access, Amazon music, and as "radios." The sound quality is very good for the price. The convenience is worth it. The most recent purchase was to have a "portable" to use on the deck, down the cellar or in the garage.

I have several dots around the house including the restroom, a great place for the News Flash Updates. I have them connected so that I can play music all over the house. They work my lights inside and outside the house.

The speaker is louder and better sounding but at the cost of Alexa not hearing you. I find myself constantly having to shout 3 or 4 times for Alexa to hear me. Just yesterday the tweeter blew out! Quality has gone down unfortunately because this is an excellent machine otherwise. Previous generation was excellent at being an assistant but lousy for music. The roles have reversed for this generation.

Great product at a great price. I use the echo dot to control my Philip Hues lights, set timers when cooking, listen to podcasts while cleaning, and to play white noice when sleeping. Easy setup.

I love being able to listen to music that I have not heard in years. I ask Alexa every morning for the weather forecast for the day-she hasn't let me down. I love being able to get the news, podcasts-great product!

Absolutely have loved all of my Amazon Alexa products. This was another seamless addition to my system. I use mine in the bathroom for music and controlling other smart products. Highly recommended.
