I got this at a great price during the recent Black Friday sale. This is now my 3rd echo dot which I placed at the kitchen. Setting up was easy and syncing with the other smart home devices around the house was seamless too. The only drawback with Alexa is the ability to link up with different Spotify accounts (it can only be linked to one) and because of this limitation, you can only play music from one Spotify account at any single point in time. For example, if my wife plays music from the echo dot in the kitchen via Spotify, I cannot play music from Spotify on another echo at a different part of the house. I also cannot play Spotify from my phone without terminating the earlier playback since Spotify only allows you to play at a single source at any given point in time. If Alexa can allow multiple Spotify accounts (which many of us do with the family plan), this will be a 5 star rating!

Solid product easy to use pairs easily to other devices.

Easy setup. Was able to connect to my network within 2 minutes and it was going. Was able to pick up commands from across the room with ease. Great product.

Bought it to compliment an echo show. Using in the bathroom to play pandora and Xm radio. Price was right. Like both very much. As an aside, I also have the google product and find it much more limited. Lacks a lot of features.

Alexa is so smart and quick with answers and following commands. takes up almost room and looks good and blends in well with décor. easy to relocate, just unplug and install in another location.

My first experience with "smart" devices. Unbelievable. From answering questions to listening to my favorite internet radio stations, this thing is a blast.

Really like this item. She sits in the kitchen and everyone uses her. Was easy to set up and works well. She is also polite and has even a few jokes. I enjoy products that can be used daily. Well worth the money.

I love using Alexa as an assistant that helps automate my home. Its works well with my Samsung devices. It's very simple to setup and use. I have several of them throughout my home.

My wife and I use this for storing notes and reminders. It controls my entertainment center. It sets timers for us while preparing meals. Its really handy to have one device that can do so many things and all from your voice commands.

this is a very fine addition to my home, I have the original Alexa and this is being used in my bedroom very convenient

I am an alexa user and this is a must have for your bedrooms, restrooms and any other area. It’s small and fits in the corner of any counter does not take up too much space. I own three of these. Recommend!

My kids are so happy with it. Actually was a gift for their father ( my son's idea) who also liked a lot. So impress how it can answer to a question, and respond to a comand. It's like a person inside of a little robot.

I was so excited to get one of these for Christmas. I listen to it just about every day. I even figured out how to connect it to my phone and listen to great music in the car as I travel.

It was a clearance iten when I bought it and i love it. I use it as a speaker in the bathroom

Excellent sound quality compared my first echo dot. Life becomes a Little bit easier (in terms of equipment control) with them in areas of the house I frequent the most. Most of all my kids love them.

We have a few Echos at my house including the Studio, the original, and some 2nd Gen Dots. Got this 3rd Gen Dot as a gift for my in-laws. They LOVE it. The sound is definitely an upgrade from the Gen 2 Dot.

I absolutely love this smart speaker. The music plays loud and clear. I will definitely purchase more in the near future as I’m very please with my purchase.

In this day and age, every home has some sort of virtual assistant whether it’s Siri/Google on your phone, or other standalone devices such as the Alexa. It is extremely easy to set up, and it does everything for me. I got this for free with my Fire TV, and I’m able to control everything on the TV by talking to Alexa. You can also connect it to play music on all your Alexa’s (I’ve also paired it to my bluetooth speakers) hence essentially working like a Sonos system.
