Have been avoiding buying one but we took the plunge and it works great. Has a lot of nice features, very easy to hook up and the questions and programs are endless or so it seems. Glad we did it now looking at the Fire Sticks.

Perfect device reading everything on music and answer question

Easy to setup and use doesn’t take up too much space

I like the fact that I can take it outside when I'm in the garden. I need my music. I have 2 already.

Must-have smart speaker. The small compact form is great for desks and the led light ring is easy to notice for notifications, etc. Great for a newbie into the home smart speaker world.

Use these inside and on patio with WiFi . This one has much better sound than the previous unit. However I Bluetooth Music to my stereo. Got this one for my elderly mom and she loves it to listen to old time tunes.

I bought this Amazon device for my spare bedroom so when I have company they can turn lights on without having to get up. I have these throughout my house.

Got this for my wife last year. She didn't think she would really take advantage of it but she was wrong! It's been great having it. Asking for the time, setting reminder alerts, etc.

This is the fourth Echo we've purchased, and someday we'll probably have one in every room. We use them to control our light, play music, tell us the weather and answer questions both important and trivial. What's not to love?

Bought this to upgrade one of the 2nd Gen dots in my home. Wow what a big improvement in sound. Still a great way to great into the smarthome thing without spending too much money. Bought 2 more to replace the others in my home.

Buying an Alexa was the best thing I’ve ever done lol and I’m very happy with this small version of it since you can hide it pretty much anywhere but she’ll still hear you

Picked it up cuz I know someday I want a smart house. Figured for 25 bucks I would dip my toe in the waters. So far so good but I find my wife uses it more than me.

Bought this for our mother/mother in law to use to remind her to drink water every two hours and take her medications on time. It's easy to use even for someone not comfortable with technology.

Alexa does so many things for me. I am grateful to have her around now. I was reluctant to get her at first because of stories I have heard about her listening to everything but soon realized how much my phone already did that.

Works great for those random times when you need a quick answer from an AI object ;) and also nice to have around when you want to demand music start playing instantly

In general it functions well. The speakers are good for popular music but not adequate for a lot of classical music. Alexa has trouble understanding the names of composers of classical music and often fails completely. It was very entertaining for the people in their mid-twenties and their upper fifties at Christmas time.
