I have never had a problem with it. I use it mainly for music and it was pretty good speakers for such a small device.

He also uses it to control his NanoLeaf lights. Speaker volume isn’t the best but it does what we wanted it for.

Have not started using to fullest extent as of yet, but will utilize. Great for friends get togethers and the use of music on it.

A really cool device

You can ask it all kinds of things, set timers, reminders, and even change your TV channel depending on which TV provider you have. I am really pleased with it.

Interesting addition to the house.

It's been fun to have, we listen to music, play trivia with it, use it to turn a lamp on and off with a smart plug. Someday will control the heat of the house. Alexa does just stop on her own every now and then. Not sure why. Bought this during a Christmas sale for $24. It was a good deal.
