Our family had so much fun with the Alexa we were given as a gift, we bought two more for gifts for other family members. We are looking forward to incorporating other household functions for Alexa to manage.

Alexa is pretty convenient to have for quick answers to simple questions. We don't even have it linked to the thermostat or any other smart devices, so I can imagine all of the cool stuff it does if you actually use it a lot.

I own several of these and got one for my son. We really enjoy them. My favorite feature is that they all pair together and can listen to music through the entire house

this dot looks good, and has much louder and better quality sound than the gen 1. It can hear me more clearly than the gen 1 as well.

I got one of these for my wife as a last minute stocking stuffer. She is very happy and uses it daily. Santa was nice enough to get me one as well. Glad he did, I use it every morning as I get ready for work.

I started off with two of these, only because they were on sale. Once I listened to the free music they provided, I was amazed and hooked! This last purchase completes my whole-house sound system!

If you are not really expecting exceptional sound quality when playing music then there is nothing wrong with this echo. Casual music sounds very good and it will do everything the bigger models do.

This was a gift for my son. This is such a helpful gadget. I was skeptical at first, but after putting the parental settings on, Alexa is a genius. What doesn’t she know? My son loves the question of the day!

Love the Alexa the dot hooks up great with the main Alexa the sound isn’t as good but it gives you sound through the entire house great price this is the cheapest one I bought out of three my first one was $49

The new echo dot is almost 2x bigger than the 1rst and 2nd gen echo dot. It also ditched the usb plug for a 15w proprietary plug, which is a bit disappointing. However the trade off is much better sound and even a hint of bass. The mics seem to pickup even when it’s playing music, which is a relief, not having to shout at the echo when it’s playing something.

It’s Alexa. This is one of the coolest inventions in the past decade. The assistant can really help you do so many things like playing music and turning on the lights.

Great quality and sound and on sale. Easy set up. And connects to other alexa devices easily.

The 3rd generation is noticeably bigger than 1st and 2nd generation echo dots and is well constructed. I like the color variations and the charcoal grey color easily blends in with other electronic equipment.

What a great idea! Used it to play christmas music while I was baking cookies. I can also link it with my Sirius XM account. Got one for my son so he can automatically turn off all his video consoles. Love it.

I love my echo. I can tell it to play anything. SO much better than the radio.

This is a great product. Don't know if it can listen to conversations and record them, but it has helped set an alarm, and the music is wonderful as well. Goog speakers from a small product.
