This is our second echo. My husband love it to play his music. Sounds good. Bought it and come along with free smart light! Great deal.

Very essy set up. Makes everyday activities easier and allows to go hands free and multitasking

We have been hesitant to have a device in the house constantly listening to us. It kind of creeps us out. But we finally caved and bought one. Its most useful feature is playing music. Although the grocery list feature is nice. It doesn't always recognize that you're trying to get its attention. We find ourselves yelling at it sometimes.

I love gadget. The speaker in the general 3 is far more superior to it's predecessor. I do wish it still had the kicobusb charging power cord though. But that's nothing to be really concerned about.

This being a small smart speaker, it packs a lot of technology and sound for such a low price.

The Echo dot is a great way to play music around the house and it doesn't take up a lot of space. I'm still discovering all the features of the Amazon Echo products, but so far I'm very pleased.

Really convenient product; especially when your hands are full! Certainly needs more development work but works as intended. And the bulbs were an added bonus!

I received this for free as a promotion for purchasing a tv. It’s a great addition to the living room. Works as advertised and easy to set up.

Please don't buy the google home. This is so much better in every aspect. The dots UI is better, Alexa actually gives you the results you ask for and it sounds great. GG amazon...gg.

My kids love the Echo just as much as I do. In fact, she responds better to them then to me. Echo simplifies everyday things and is a great addition to my Ring doorbell. The app is simple to figure.

I’ve never used Alexa but I’m sure happy I got this echo dot she’s great. The sound quality is perfect, and all she can do is amazing.

My quick and to the point review for this 3rd Generation Echo Dot is pretty simple, the audio is VASTLY improved over the original Echo Dot. To say the original Echo Dot audio was "utilitarian" was being kind. However, performance wise in terms of responsiveness and just getting it booted up, it's a bit slower. The microphone is also seemingly less sensitive somehow? I have no audio testing equipment so I can't pinpoint why this would be, but my perception is that it's not as good as the original Dot or even the First Generation "Pringles Can" sized Echo device. Aside from all those minor complaints, this is an improvement in terms of sound quality and aesthetics. Cheers!

Great speakers, the dot can hear your commands from quite a long distance away. pretty much like having a personal assistant.

Cool gadget to have around. My son likes to use it to find answers to random questions that pop into his head.

This came free with the purchase of my ring doorbell and it’s awesome! My kids love asking questions and learning from it! And a great way to listen to music!!

I have these placed around the home and love the versatility and intelligence it brings. The music quality is good but as a product, it is nothing short of amazing and great.

I do not give 5 stars so 4 star from me is pretty good. Music sounds better from gen 3 than the gen 2. It is a portal into the Amazon echo infrastructure so it can do far more than I have yet discovered. Because the screamingly endless possibilities the set up of anything more than the simplistic can be time-consuming and complex to get working.

This is a great thing to buy, especially for the price! It has great sound and features and its my number 1 music buddy when cleaning and hanging out and having fun! I love it! you will too! :)

Love it. We own 3 echo dots, and an echo show. they are amazing for answering questions, playing music, or even making toot noises.
